Car Slams Into Tree in Bloomfield, Leaving Two In Critical Condition: Authorities

Two people are in critical condition after a car crashed into a tree in Bloomfield on the evening of Sunday, Nov. 17, authorities said.

At 10 p.m., a 2024 silver Acura Integra struck the tree at John F. Kennedy Drive North and Spruce Street, a spokesperson for the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.

The driver and the three passengers were transported to a nearby hospital, authorities said. Two of the occupants were listed in critical condition, authorities said

The investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
